Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before shipping. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery. Please note we cannot guarantee expedited delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.
First orders: For all orders across Canada, your first wholesale order with us is free.
Subsequent orders: For orders in the Lower Mainland of B.C. your delivery continues to be free for purchases $400 (before tax) and over. For orders under $400, it's a $20 delivery fee.
For orders outside of the Lower Mainland of B.C. and across Canada, we offer free shipping on orders $3,000 (before tax) and over. For orders under $3,000, we are pleased to offer competitive shipping costs due to our partnership with Bolt Logistics. We will provide you quotes upon confirmation of your order, and wait for your selection. At checkout, you will complete your order and we will be in touch via the email provided. You also have the option to organize your own shipping.
Customers will be sent an email with delivery information from our fulfillment partners at the time of shipping.
We recommend that if products are shipped to your commercial address, you make reasonable accommodations to be present at the time of arrival. This ensures the product arrives safely and securely. This is also recommended as a precaution to avoid doorstep thefts.
Sansorium offers non-alcoholic wine, beer, cider, spirits and mixers which may be susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March).
Our shipment and delivery providers take holidays, too. You can expect that we will not process or deliver shipments on statutory holidays.
Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email including your tracking details and shipment status. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time scheduled please contact us at wholesale@sansorium.com.
