We are excited to represent a number of international and national non-alcoholic beverages across Canada with varying levels of distribution. If you're a restaurant, bar, cafe, grocery or specialty retailer, hotel, train or airline partner, or another online marketplace like ours, we wholesale to you. Please get in touch using our contact page to tell us a little bit about you and we'll be in touch within 24 hours or less.
We ship across Canada. We do not yet ship to the United States, but subscribe to our wholesale email list and we'll make sure to update you on our expansion.
We ask for a minimum of one case per SKU. If you're looking to sample a product before committing to a case we offer sample pricing on singular bottles and can arrange that through our DTC site. Please get in touch to discuss with us.
First orders: For all orders across Canada, your first wholesale order with us is free.
Subsequent orders: For orders in the Lower Mainland of B.C. your delivery continues to be free for purchases $400 (before tax) and over. For orders under $400, it's a $20 delivery fee.
For orders outside of the Lower Mainland of B.C. and across Canada, we offer free shipping on orders $3,000 (before tax) and over. For orders under $3,000, we are pleased to offer competitive shipping costs due to our partnership with Bolt Logistics. We will provide you quotes upon confirmation of your order, and wait for your selection. At checkout, you will complete your order and we will be in touch via the email provided. You also have the option to organize your own shipping.
We aim to process your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping time across Canada are as follows:
Delivery within Lower Mainland: 1-2 business days
Delivery within B.C. outside the Lower Mainland: 3-4 business days
Delivery within Canada outside B.C.: 5-9 business days depending on the carrier chosen

Once an order has been processed at the warehouse, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email wholesale@sansorium.com with CHANGE and your Order Number in the subject line along with a clear description of what needs to be changed and we will do our best to accommodate requests. An order can only be cancelled if it hasn't yet been processed by our warehouse, without exception.

Please refer to our delivery lead times above based on where you are located in Canada. If your order has not arrived and it is outside of the promised delivery window, please email us at wholesale@sansorium.com right away and we will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Interact, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept e-transfer and cheque.
Simply put, it means that the delicious, satisfying and thirst-quenching beverages we offer have been crafted to taste, look and feel like their alcoholic counterparts, but they’ve been made without alcohol or the alcohol has been removed in the process and will not cause intoxication. We love the ritual and ceremony of a cocktail or a glass of wine, we love the experience of enjoying connection and communion with others - but we also want to celebrate the possibilities of living fully without feeling inebriated or intoxicated.
For further reference, you can filter products with the following:
Made without alcohol: products that never contained alcohol
0.0% Alcohol: products that may have contained alcohol at one point, but no longer do and the producer lists their product as having 0.0% ABV.
0.1% - 0.5%: these products contain trace amounts of alcohol up to 0.5%. We consider these products "low alcohol". This will not cause impairment and is similar to the levels found in Kombucha, due to the fermentation process. For those that are looking for products that are a clean 0.0% we would refer to those as "no alcohol" and you'll find them in the 0.0% alcohol category.
Dealcoholised: these products, mainly wine and beer, were crafted in traditional wine-making and beer-making processes, making them alcoholic first. Then, through an extra step, they slowly and carefully remove the ethanol. New technology preserves the flavour, aroma, body and nutrients of the products and encourages their full expression. Depending on the producer and their technology, trace amounts of alcohol may remain in the product.
At some point you’ve likely realized that the most enjoyable part of ‘grabbing a drink’ has little to do with the alcohol itself. The experience of being in connection with others, sampling different ingredients, textures and flavours in beer, wine or cocktails is often the main draw. We’re offering a plethora of options to satisfy the craving for connection and belonging through beverages that will leave you feeling elevated and uplifted over tipsy and hungover.

Many of the products we offer like beer and wine are intended to be consumed as is, and our spirits and mixers can be enjoyed in hundreds of different cocktail designs; we look forward to hearing more about your favourite ways to enjoy them!
You’ll find that many beverages, like beer, sparkling wines and ready-to-drink products are best enjoyed nice and cold. Once opened, please consume within the time frame listed on the packaging and ensure bottles are refrigerated. Just like any other food product, when unopened it’s best to keep in cool, dry spaces in your home, and it’s best to keep them away from direct heat and light. If you are going to use the freezer to cool your beverages, be sure to take them out promptly, as unlike high % alcoholic products, they will freeze.

The beauty of non-alcoholic and alcohol-free beverages is that they are safely enjoyable for anyone. Though our brand message is intended for adults, we’ll let you decide who in your family or group of friends will have the best experience enjoying beverages offered by Sansorium. If you have any health concern regarding the ABV% or specific ingredients, our best recommendation is to check with a trusted healthcare practitioner.
These beverages are all safe for consumption when you are pregnant, conceiving or breastfeeding. However, you know your body best and though these products are alcohol-free, it is our best recommendation to consult with a trusted healthcare practitioner should you have any questions regarding any of the specific ingredients listed in any of the beverages.
While these products are low-to-no alcohol and will not cause impairment, it’s always a best practice to consult with a trusted healthcare practitioner about your specific medical condition if you are unsure or have any questions regarding the 0.5% or lower alcohol-by-volume measurement.
We have chosen to use corrugated boxes, kraft paper, honeycomb wrapping paper and recycled corrugated pulp to protect your products during shipment. These are 100% recyclable and can be placed in appropriate bins at your home or recycling depot. However, in the winter we do need to use insulating material to protect the bottles from freezing and we encourage reusing this material afterwards. We care for the planet as much as we care for the people who call it home.
